Recently, the "China Huadian Group Co., Ltd. remote centralized control satellite emergency communication system" project undertaken by our company has successfully completed the delivery and acceptance, and the system has officially entered the operation stage.
China Huadian Corporation, as a large state-owned power generation company, has always assumed the important responsibility of ensuring power production, and actively practiced the country's "dual carbon goals" and vigorously developed clean energy. At present, Huadian Group has more than 300 new hydropower plants and stations in operation, mainly distributed in remote areas such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang. pose a potential threat. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the communication link of the power enterprise and ensure the continuous and reliable supply of power, the satellite emergency communication system has become an important choice.
To this end, the centralized control centers and power stations of several regional companies under Huadian Group, including Wujiang Hydropower, Qianyuan Electric Power, Jinzhong Hydropower, etc., have built satellite emergency communication systems. play an important role in disposal. However, the disadvantages of independent construction of satellite systems by regional companies have gradually become prominent: lack of unified construction standards, systems are incompatible with each other; satellite bandwidth leased independently by each region is limited, and the bearing capacity is limited when it is idle on a daily basis, and it cannot meet the maximum speed. Data transmission requirements, emergency resources cannot call each other...
In order to solve these problems, Andy Technology designed a three-level network architecture for Huadian Group, including management master station-centralized control center station-factory station sub-station, separate operation of signaling and business, and satellite communication of two subnets for production and emergency system. This system is deeply in line with the operation mode of large enterprises, allowing the centralized control centers and power stations within each region to become a subnet to independently transmit data to ensure data security, and to allow all regions to use all the satellite bandwidth shared by the entire network. Such a model greatly enhances the emergency communication capability of the enterprise and effectively reduces the operating cost of the enterprise.

After the satellite networks in each area were connected to the system, the staff of the power station found that the ability of the satellite channel that could only transmit a small amount of dispatching data and make dispatching calls in the past has become stronger, and it can also transmit surveillance video, and the bandwidth cost has actually decreased.
